Ordering a custom master key system from us is simple. You don’t need to know all the technical details—we’ll help design the system to suit your building and security requirements.

1. Select your door hardware

Choose the commercial locks, levers, knobs, deadbolts, or other hardware you need. If you’re unsure which hardware is right for your doors, contact us before ordering.

2. Choose your key system

Select the keyway/restricted key system available for your project. We can help you determine the best option based on your security requirements and existing hardware.

3. Tell us how many keys you need

Specify the number of Master Keys and individual Unit/Tenant Keys required.

4. Tell us how you want the system organized

Let us know which doors should be operated by which keys. For example: Master → Sub-Master → Individual Door Key.

5. We review your order

Before your system is produced, we review the requirements and contact you if we need clarification.

6. We build your custom system

Your cylinders and keys are professionally keyed to your specific master key system.

7. Your master key system ships to your door

Once completed, your custom system is securely packaged and shipped directly to you, ready for installation.
